Monoprints are an exciting way to portray the therapeutic relationship, transference and countertransference whilst also exploring the context around us from a macro level. When printing, one can never be sure of the outcome – much like the art therapy process. I have included the infamous poem of Refaat Alareer Sinan Antoon in my image to depict the angst we work in whilst still holding onto that white flag – hope.
