This is a sketch I made after a visualisation. The title refers to the importance of self reflection as a therapist, something I try very hard to practice regularly in all areas of my life. Alongside art making, sometimes visualisation is one of the ways I reflect, engaging a creative and less cognitive way of trying to understand something.
