This section contains complete details for UQ-Ochsner students transitioning to Year 3 at the UQ-Ochsner Health Campus.
NOTE: Students may experience difficulties accessing some of the websites needed to complete orientation and onboarding requirements, while still in Australia or outside the U.S. For many complex reasons, some sites are not always accessible everywhere in Australia. The sites are accessible on campus at St. Lucia and Herston, and anywhere in the CBD of Brisbane. Please also try using different internet browsers.

Updating Your Contact Information Upon Returning to the U.S.
To ensure your safety, maintain accurate records, and comply with relevant regulations, it is essential that you update your personal contact details in SiNet upon returning to the U.S. This information is securely stored and accessible only to authorized school administrators. Keeping your contact information current helps us support you effectively and ensures timely communication when needed.
Steps to Update Your Information in SiNet
- Address: Go to Personal Details > Addresses > Mailing Address
- Phone Number: Go to Personal Details > Contact Details
- Emergency Contact: Go to Personal Details > Emergency Contact
Address Guidelines
Please ensure your address information reflects the following:
- Semester Address: (Australia) Students must maintain an Australian address through graduation for visa compliance purposes. If you do not currently have a residential address, you may use: 288 Herston Rd, Herston, QLD 4006
- Mailing Address: (Louisiana) This must be your local address.
- Permanent Address: Either your local address or your parents or close relative.
Maintaining accurate contact details is essential not only for administrative purposes but also for your safety and may be required for compliance with Australian visa regulations.
