UQ Ochsner Year 3 Student Research Symposium

The MD Year 3 Ochsner Student Research Symposium was held at the Ochsner Clinical School in New Orleans in May 2017.

We realise it is difficult for Phase 1 Ochsner students to find out what research is happening in New Orleans. It is also most advantageous if Phase 1 students could contact researchers while still in Brisbane to make enquiries and perhaps set up a project that will be ready to go when you get to Ochsner in January. 

To help current Phase 1 students keep abreast of Ochsner research opportunities we have recorded the Year 3 Research Symposium. This Symposium will give you a broad overview of the research available to you at Ochsner. It is by no means exhaustive but may give you some ideas and contacts to enquire further.

The quality of some of the videos is not the best but we think it would be helpful to give you a look and a listen to each of the researchers talking about their projects.  Next year we hope to improve the recording.
