    In Year 2 of the UQ MD-Ochsner program, students continue their pre-clinical training in Brisbane, building upon the foundational knowledge developed in Year 1. The curriculum deepens students' understanding of medical sciences while expanding their clinical exposure through hospital placements, simulation sessions, and problem-based learning. Clinical reasoning and professional identity are further developed as students gain increased confidence and competence in applying their skills to real-world settings.

    This website is designed to provide important resources specifically for the Year 2 cohort, supporting students as they prepare for their transition into clinical training in the United States and continue progressing toward the USMLE Step 1 examination and beyond.
