Brief synopsis:
With the increase in the number and size of OSCEs in the new UQ MD program, the need for OSCE assessors will increase. Can senior medical students fill this need while reaping numerous educational benefits for themselves and the junior students they assess? If so, how can they be prepared/ trained for this role? These are some of the questions we seek to answer with this research project.
