Brief overview:

Dr. Cohen is currently working on multiple research projects in the areas of liver transplantation, living donor kidney transplantation and solitary pancreas transplantation. Titles of some currently open studies are below: 

• Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) Specimen Collection Following Hepatic Resection
• An Umbrella Retrospective Chart Review Related to Kidney-Transplantation: The Ochsner Experience
• Prospective, observational study of blood samples and routine data collection from liver transplant recipients and blood, tissue and data collection from donors
