If you've never been to UQ before, this one-hour campus tour is a great way to familiarise yourself with the St Lucia campus ahead of your studies. Led by current UQ Student Ambassadors, the tour will highlight key locations relevant to first-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) students and provide helpful insights into navigating campus life.
Campus tours are offered across two sessions to give you flexibility during Orientation week. Attendance is optional, but highly recommended for students who are new to UQ or the St Lucia campus.

Please join us for either of the below tours:
- Monday 2 February, 11:45am–12:45pm
Please meet in the AEB Foyer - signs will be present to direct you from the MD Orientation Expo. - Tuesday 3 February, 2:30–3:30pm
Please meet at the front of 11A - ModWest, St Lucia. - Wednesday 4 February, 9–10am
Please meet at the front of 'The Phizz' Food Court, St Lucia.

About MD Orientation 2026
Congratulations on reaching the next important stage of your medical education journey. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at our multiple clinical schools across Queensland.
We have put together a diverse schedule of activities to introduce you to the University, medical program and what to expect during your studies. Throughout the first 3 weeks, you will engage with key members of the Medical School community, including Directors of our Clinical Schools, as well as a broad range of academic and professional staff. Each of these people will play a key role in your learning and development as a future medical practitioner. There will also be opportunities to meet student representatives as well as other students in your cohort.
