Professor Ronald Amedee, Director, Ochsner Clinical School, and Sue Barrosse, Director, Enrollment Management, Ochsner Clinical School are pleased to invite Ochsner students to a presentation to welcome you into the UQ-Ochsner MD program. This event will also be an opportunity to network with your Year 1 and 2 UQ-Ochsner peers, and UQ-Ochsner staff members.

About MD Orientation 2024
Congratulations on reaching the next important stage of your medical education journey. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at our beautiful St Lucia campus.
We have put together a diverse schedule of activities to introduce you to the University, medical program and what to expect during your studies. Throughout the first four weeks, you will engage with key members of the Medical School community, including the Director of the Academy for Medical Education, the Directors of our Clinical Schools, as well as a broad range of academic and professional staff. Each of these people will play a key role in your learning and development as a future medical practitioner. There will also be opportunities to meet student representatives as well as other students in your cohort and Learning Community.
