Catherine Thorp-Cramb Prize in Doctors' Mental Health

Established in 2017 in loving memory of UQ alum Dr Catherine Thorp-Cramb, this prize is intended to reduce stigma and increase community awareness and action in the area of doctors’ mental health, burnout, depression, anxiety, and suicide.
The prize is funded by gifts from family, friends, and colleagues of Catherine, and is awarded annually to the 3rd or 4th year Doctor of Medicine student who submits the best essay on the topic of Doctors’ Mental Health.
