Testimonials
The preceptor was absolutely incredible. Really wanted to get you involved, lots of teaching moments, understanding of your perspective and strives to integrate you into the community. Best preceptor I have dealt with thus far on any of my placements.
Fantastically welcoming and enjoyable team to have the pleasure of working with. Hospital staff dinner each Wednesday night was something to look forward to each week. Main preceptor was very knowledgeable and a wonderful role model - will do my best to use his approach to patients, staff, and clinical problems as my framework in the future.
This placement was very good. The preceptors were great teachers and made me feel very welcome. They allowed me to practice procedural skills regularly, and gave very useful feedback. All of the staff at the medical centre and hospital were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was included in a variety of social events. The facilities were excellent. I am glad I went to Biggenden, and it has made me much more likely to consider rural medicine as a career path.
