The objective of this study is to explore the change in prescribing habits for URTI and bronchitis of early career GPs from 2010-2019 and examine how appropriate their prescribing is. In addition, we will distinguish between the pre-2015 prescribing trend and post-2015 prescribing trend so that the impact of the 2015 AMS programs can be recognised. Furthermore, exploring the impact of telehealth consultation on prescribing of antibiotics will be analysed. This research will relate to the AMS objective of surveillance of use, and AMS in primary care.
