I am currently enrolled in a concurrent MD-MPhil. I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (majoring in Public Health) at the University of Queensland in 2015, during which time I was involved with research around the topic of nature interventions for people with chronic disease. In my final year of my undergraduate study, I also completed a placement with the Queensland Audit of Surgical Mortality within the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, where I was involved with research on how participation in surgical mortality audit impacts surgical practice.

As of 2017, I have begun my research studies on how macronutrient intakes in extremely preterm infants impact on neurocognitive outcomes, and I am currently pursuing my MPhil on this topic.
