Cecilia is the Program Manager for CRE ACTIONS responsible for management and coordination of activities and contractual responsibilities of all national and international research projects within the CRE ACTIONS.

Prior to this, her past engagements have been with the University of Maryland Baltimore, Kenya Paediatric Association and Health Strat Limited, over the last 10 years where she focused on providing leadership, effective oversight of business operations and strengthening program management competences for actual delivery of organizational strategies.
