Nicole is responsible for leading the process of selection and recruitment of medical students, who are suitably qualified and will thrive in the UQ medical program. Nicole contributes to the implementation of admissions policies, support for offer holders, and to the continual enhancement of selection processes.
Researcher biography
Nicole is a social scientist and ethics educator. Her current research is investigating the experience of students entering medical programs through a rural pathway. This is a multi-site study in collaboration with Western Sydney University, Charles Sturt University and University of Adelaide.
